Blue Lagoon Beach – Another hidden beach in Padang Bai is Blue Lagoon Beach. This hidden paradise is located on the other side of Padang Bai harbor and offers the beauty of hidden paradise for those who are looking for a hidden beach with blue water and white sand. Because the water at Blue Lagoon Beach is so clear that it’s easy to see what’s underneath. Another good thing, this beach is still quiet, not much visited by tourists.
Blue Lagoon is close to Padangbai harbour. Known as an underwater paradise, the water is warm and marine life is abundant. You might see an ultraviolet fish with a glowing spark, followed by schools of black fish with tails shaped like the heads of wrenches, you might even see a fish that looks like a leopard skin, and if you look closely, you’ll see a creature cleverly disguised and hiding in the crevices of the coral reefs. The shoreline is bordered by coral gardens where you can snorkel among psychedelic fish. Padangbai is the main port for ferries to Lombok and also for smaller boats to Nusa Penida. It is a very beautiful village, with rolling hills around a glistening blue bay. It is also home to a famous temple, Pura Silayukti, where the Buddhist sage Mpu Kuturan is said to have lived in the 11th century.
This is a great beach for snorkeling. The coral reef is right above the beach and is very pretty. The best way is to go to the far left side, where there is a coral canal that leads to the snorkeling point. There are good snorkelling spots in the bay, although the snorkeling at the Blue Lagoon or White Sand Beach is much better.

Activities that you can do on this beach include swimming, snorkeling, fishing, and even diving. The water is blue and clear and the sand is white with calm waves that give peace to the visitors. Blue Lagoon Beach is an interesting tourist attraction and easier to reach than Bias Tugel beach because it doesn’t take too much effort to reach this beach. When you arrive at Blue Lagoon beach, you can see the only restaurant on this beach, “Warung Blue Lagoon” where you can enjoy drinks and food while absorbing the beauty and relaxing atmosphere of this beach.
The facilities near the beach are quite complete for tourists, such as hotels from cheap hotels to five-star hotels and restaurants. One of the famous hotels here is the Blue Lagoon hotel located on top of the hill, away from the crowds, which is the perfect place to stay and enjoy a quiet and peaceful holiday and amazing views.

Blue Lagoon Beach is located in the east of the island of Bali, in Karangasem Regency, a 2-hour drive from Ngurah Rai International Airport. And like Bias Tugel beach, this beach is also private and secluded. You can reach this beach by walking about 700 meters from the port.
